Part way through a great Scottish road trip in our T5.1 Cali. Crossed from Oban to Barra in the Outer Hebrides a few days ago, and reached the Butt of Lewis this afternoon, which is the most Northerly point of the Outer Hebrides. In Stornaway for a couple of days, before catching the ferry to Ullapool. Heading down the West Coast via Sands campsite and Applecross peninsula.

Favourite place had been Luskentyre beach and favourite campsite Horgabost in South HarrisIMG_6849.jpegIMG_4097.jpeg

Great photos. Love the O H visited a few times? Luskentyre is fabulous. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

At Gairloch Sands tonight, stunning site! Tomorrow to Applecross via Bealach na Ba, hoping the old girl is up to it!IMG_4163.jpeg33119a89-ad6b-46a3-bcf8-160447e054ae.jpeg
Sadly on the way back to Shropshire then via an overnight stop near Crianlarich on Thursday

The beach and the campsite are epic. Been a few times and probably go for another vist later this year.

Arrived at Applecross Campsite earlier and have been over Bealach na Ba from both directions this afternoon. Easy for my T5.1 180, no trouble at all on the hairpins despite being lowered, guess it would be much harder in a 7.5m great white!
