Seal in drivers side

Hi, I have a 2.5 year old beach and noticed the seal on the drivers window was coming away. It’s still under warranty so Vw are replacing the front and side seal. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this problem? There was never any water leaking in.

Not seen any mention of that seal on the Forum. Usually the bottom seal by the step splitting.

It should just tuck under the rubber seal on the door frame. Should be able to get it back under with a trim tool (or kitchen spatula)...just lift the rubber slig

Or you can remove the handle in the headliner (2 torx screws under plastic caps), tuck the headliner back under the rubber & reattach the handle.
