Seat heater problems

Hi Guys, anyone had any issues with the seat heaters ? Passenger side doesn't seem to be working,am not technically gifted so haven't been and poked around anywhere ! The previous owner hadn't really used them so didn't have any issues, we tend to be away over winter so would be good to get it going again

Have you checked the Plugs under the passenger seat - DO NOT SWITCH ON IGNITION WITH ANY PLUGS UNPLUGGED - or you might get a warning light on the Dashboard that can only be switched OFF by the Dealership.

We had this on our new vehicle (fixed under warranty). Can't remember what failed, but essential there was no 'juice' getting to the seat coils. It was a far bigger job than I (or dealer) anticipated to get repaired.
