Sliding door

Hi folks. I have an issue with the sliding door on my T4 Cali not closing. I believe I have checked all the obvious things and nothing seems to be fouling it. The trouble is, as the door closes into place, nothing will retain it. I'm guessing its the retaining clip on the left hand side of the door from the outside, but can't see anything wrong with it. Any advice gladly received. Thanks

Ended up biting the bullet and removing the internal trim. Had a mess about with the mechanics and some magic WD40 later, and now all seems good.
