sliding plastic window panel

I have a nice dark grey 08 Cali with black privacy glass, but the dark external effect is spoilt by a light grey sliding panel over the small clear window above the fridge. I took it out and sprayed it matte black, but it has now faded. Anyone know if you can get black ones?

Yes that is one of my niggles. VW should have used a black one in the first place.

Not heard of a black one though, they still use white ones.

just wrap it - plenty of 3M wrap on flea bay.
