Split charge relay fault?

Can anyone advise me?
My California interior lights and appliances only work when the engine is running or I bridge the split charge relay (shown in green) I've just had the Varta leisure batteries out on a charger so I know they are healthy.

Any ideas?

Off on a camping trip tomorrow!
