Starting out....Control panel issues

Hi,
I've read the manuals and had a rubbish demo from the dealer and a bit stuck.

Every time the engine is turned off the control panel loses all its settings.
Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a reset of the control panel?
Press the button on bottom of the right hand side for a few seconds and this may clear any fault in the panel. If no success then a trip to the dealer will probably be needed.
