I've not got roasted yet so all the Strictly fans must be well......watching strictly and can't multi task. When it's finished I'm toast.

Mike

Do not tell my other half ...she would be viewing such horrible shows .
13 in a dozen

Ok. Mine is married to me and the mother of three sons. She likes sport

Mike

Both? Seen strictly a couple of years ago at the Tower Ballroom. Takes my mind off dilemmas such as "what toaster do you use?"

Forum. Definitely. But then I am starting to wonder if aversion therapy might be available :headbang Sorry, now I'm going back to my hunt for threads on cushions, carpets and whatnot...

Tried 3 times to reply to this. My best friend (male and dutch) and myself are addicted and were the whole 4 years he was in the UK. We now Skype now and then whilst it's on (not continually whilst it's live). If others think that's sad then I can only apologise.

Not sad at all, and certainly don't apologize! As a person with two left feet who was at the back of the queue when rhythm was handed out, it holds no attraction for me but I do love the GB Bake Off AND the GB Sewing Bee. Each to their own :)

Yep agreed. Just not not my cup of tea. I also like Bake Off and the Sewing Bee but in my case I'm rubbish at all of them.

I love Strictly and TakeTwo and Bake Off. I am useless at dancing and baking so the vicarious pleasure I get is my little secret, lol. Don't do any soaps though. Poldark tonight

I've issued instructions to my better half.
If I get to the point where TV like this is all I can find to do, then she's to buy me a one way ticket to Switzerland!

I look at it as meditation/mindfulness (or mindlessness??). Anyway it's switch off tv, not cerebral gymnastics

If you like the British Bake Off, watch this. Swearing so send the kids out the room

I don't bother with TV at all in the evening but my other half doesn't want to watch Strictly anyway so that's fine by me, I can't see any attraction in it.

I do have to confess to an addiction to Escape to the Country and Homes under the Hammer though!
