The b pillar button for deactivating alarm on a 5.1…..is orange alarm off or on?? Ambiguous wording in the manual!

The b pillar button for deactivating alarm on a 5.1…..is orange alarm off or on?? Ambiguous wording in the manual!

The alarm is reactivated when you unlock and Open the drivers door.
So, unlock and open door. Note colour of light which indicates alarm will be activated when shutting door.

I’m not sure mine changes. Which colour Is which though?

On my T6:
Red = Alarm activated (default)
Orange = Alarm deactivated (after button press)
