hello , does anybody know if its still possible to get replacement double glazed sde windows on 92 t4 california TIA
thanks for taking the time to replyThere are quite a few variations of double glazed side windows, you may be able to find some on eBay, at a breakers or there’s possibly a slim chance an auto glass company may be able to supply you with something new. You could also try asking the parts department of your local VW dealership.

yes , sliding door, left hand sliding section as viewed from outside , has been patched up with perspex , all the other rear glazing is like a slimline double glazing unit , the previous owner said he could,nt find the right part anywhere , so i,m concerned as i,m not happy with it as it is , having said that this is a vehicle i,ve agreed to buy but have not yet done so ...
I know exactly the window you mean, we have them on our Westy. I've had a quick scout about the internet and although VW would of originally been able to supply the parts that make up the window there aren't any listed for sale. You could ring a dealership with the chassis/reg number and they may be able to tell you for sure what stock the is. Another alternative would be to simple remove it and have a non-opening double glazed unit fitted. Some Westys left the factory this way so it wouldn't be 'weird'. There are a few places in mainland Europe that have some new old stock of the complete sliding window but you might want to take a seat before reading the price…
400-800 Euros plus delivery. I think I'd ask a dealer first to see what they could do.
