T4 sliding door card fixings

The sliding door card is very loose on my t4 california. All the fixings seem to be attached to the door but the card has come away from the fixings. It looks like it was stuck on with adhesive pads, which have become unstuck. Anyone know what you would use to remedy this?

I used 'hot glue' on the fixings on my tailgate, that seemed to work.

Hey there Hubble. It may be the previous owners re-stuck the panel using adhesive pads, however I believe they are simply bonded straight to the panel. Ours came loose a couple of years ago. It was bit of a fiddle but we left the panel in place, use a two part adhesive and taped the panel in place until it had set. Two years on the panel is still solidly in place.
