Tailgate door card removal

Good evening

The screen at the back won’t retract anymore; I’m guessing a spring has snapped or moved. Not entirely sure where to begin taking the tailgate door card off without knackering it.

I’ve undone all obvious fixings but it still seems pretty solid on there.

Any advice?

Have you removed the bolts behind the rubber grommets on the sides of card and also the fixings under the felt pads on each bottom corner?
