T5 Replacement Key

The plastic case is cracked on my only key - It works, but I do a lot of running etc with it and it’s going to fill with water at some point and stop working. What’s the best option?

Looking at a key “body” on +amazon+amazon+amazon+amazon+amazon+amazon for a tenner, assume you just fit the PCB and blade. Is it that easy?

As long as it is a like for like replacement it should work ok.

Mine has the same three buttons, although the boot lid one is redundant. Worth a punt for a tenner then.

cheers, I’ll see what this ten quid one looks like - suspect they’re all made in the same factory! Van has to go in Feb to make way for the new Cali, only needs to last til then!
