We’ve used main VW dealers Hadwins, Grange over Sands, since new 14 years ago. We’re in Kendal and as long as you book well ahead, they will take the van from your front door - or leave you a courtesy car. Not the cheapest of course, but we’ve always felt well treated and that our van has been well looked after.

Both Kendal VW and Milnthorpe are very good.
Unfortunately Hadwins VW do not meet my expectations of service, fairness, competitive pricing. At one point reception were recommending an oil change for my eGolf..............

I bought my California last year from Braithwaites in Newbiggin near Penrith. Although I’m in Newcastle I’m contemplating coming back over for a run out in the van and have them do the MoT and a once over. Brilliant garage
