T5 Windscreen washer pump

looking to sort out windscreen washer pump on T5 california 2014.Two fuse boards/one under dash/one in engine bay Unfortiunately none numbered .Wipers work fr and rear but ne water!! Help1

There are fuse layouts in the Resources section for VIP members.

Check 7.5amp fuse in fuse box far Left engine bay by or below battery.

Don't mean to teach my grandmother to suck eggs but I suppose that you have checked for power at the pump . And for another possible red herring , I have another VAG vehicle that disables all the pumps and wipers if the bonnet is open, that one had me going for an hour or more
