telematics fault code B1916F2

Has anyone encountered the fault code on the telematics uni (B1916F2)t. I have replaced the lithium service batteries for it and charged them up but the fault won't go. Any suggestions?

Answering. My own question, I bought an OBD eleven and reset the battery. All works ok now
