Towing points at the front

Hi, has anyone ever attatched towing points at the front of their Cali. I want to carry a sea kayak on the roofrack and struggling to find anywhere to anchor the straps down from the bow of the kayak to the front of the van to prevent any adverse lifting strain on the roof.

You could use the front towing eye and fit the towing eye. It should be behind the cover on the offside near the front fog light which is where the release should be.
