Unidentified flying O ring help required, please

Hi all
While hoovering out behind the bench seat of my Cali 6.1, I came across this 50mm diameter O ring, that has been split, on the floor.
I have no idea where it came from, so I'm hoping that one of you knowledgeable chaps might know.
I'm not even sure if it is from the Cali??

Thanks for the pic, but the profile of the O ring I have is circular with no groove.
The mystery deepens

Could be from the cap of the Thetford cube toilet (if you have one).
