VCDS V21.3

Is anyone using the above version? I have just updated from 20.4 which worked fine with our 2104 180 Cali.
V21.3 won@t Autoscan. Goes through a sequence of checking and then says Gateway not Supported.
Anyone got the same or has it working OK?

Sorted. I had installed the update over the top of the old one. You need to uninstall old versions and clear all references to Ross-Tech/VCDS in the registry. Installed the new version again and all working well.

Hi. I have never had any issues with vcds updates. The tool tells me that an update is available, so I select Update and it just does it automatically.

I have the USB Hex version, with V21.3. I have just updated the device firmware too - no issues.

I got this message after doing an update the other day. Was scanning my Golf, so just thought it was standard for that.
