Last nights amazing spot in the Cairngorms, woke to blue skies after falling asleep listening to the rain.

Where abouts is that - looks lovely and peaceful! Is it a site or a wild spot?

No but there is a nice Pub.

We stayed at Ninham last weekend and left on Wednesday..
Nice site and a good walk to Shanklin.

We went Sat 29th to the Wed, so had already left..
There were loads of Conversions but only saw a couple of California’s.

Thank you yes, we had a week there from last Sunday, had a great time.
We have moved on now, will eventually arrive in Lincolnshire by Friday.

New forest: LongMeadow Campsite - apparently very quite due to the forecast rain.

Just back from a few days’s camping in the Wye Valley. Tresseck campsite in Hoarwithy is a beaut - just portaloos and pitch anywhere. Stunning sunset viewed from outside the van and river view for lunch. You can go canoeing with a local company based right on the site. Vans, tents and the odd small motor home

Nice day trip to Wasdale, took the kayak out for the first time this year! So much easier getting changed in the camper than my little Renault Clio!

Hell of a drive after pulling off the motorway. Would not want to be in a motorhome going there! I was in first gear with my foot to the floor in some places!

Cadac also came in handy!
