We spent a rainy day driving the very windy Old Russell Road in Northland, NZ which was thankfully broken by some beautiful bays and coves. Most people use the much more direct inland road so miss out on the beauty of the area.

Yes on Mull now, here a further week, been coming here for many years well before we had the California. Weather has been very changeable this last week. We have been staying in cottages this visit as I’m still recovering from major surgery I had in August. Mull is a large island, to do it justice we would always recommend splitting it into at least north and south, if not north, south and central.
We love Arran, it’s a much smaller intimate island, we last visited Arran in September 20 staying on campsites which were very good.
We have been to Kintyre but only a short visit so not as clued up on it.
If we can help with anything particular feel free to dm me. Attached are all Mull.

Arran today. We’ve got a cottage for a week, but the Cali is an excellent holiday vehicle for trips around the island.

Spotted two other Calis on Arran since arriving yesterday.
