Cooking by the campervan on Friday at the Midlands Air Festival, UK. Homemade burgers on the Cobb. Just got them on then look who popped in for dinner, “Okay lads, there’s only 1 burger going spare. No need to fight over it, but the first one here can have it.”

Vehicles facing both ways on the ferry. Not sure i’ve seen that before. On our way to Orkney as part of our Scotland tour. View attachment 94396
Yea, we were one of the last on with the coach and the lorry and had to reverse down the ramp. The vehicles facing the other way sort of do a lap of the ferry to get off, sort of like an onboard roundabout.Vehicles facing both ways on the ferry. Not sure i’ve seen that before.
Not mine sorry, dont know where it came from, the girl that owns it is everything orange……..That wind break is very funky, where did they get it?
Beautiful!Bit of a cheat. Not the view from my van but 10 mins walk from my van. So lucky to stay so close.

On our list of go-to folk fests, but never been able to make it.
Did you manage to wild/stealth camp on Salisbury plain? I thought it would be quite difficult to find any where, but your last picture looks like a possibility.Last weekend, exploring Salisbury plain areaView attachment 94326View attachment 94327View attachment 94329
Wounderful pic Grumpy. Just need to return with some daisy seeds, and stealthily introduce some yellow for next year. I don't know if environmentalists would consider that" not on " though!
Sunday morning up at Mam Tor in the Peak District, UK. Left the campsite at 3am to see the sun rise at 4.40. For those of you who know the area we stayed at the the C&MC site in Castleton, walked in to the village, up Millbridge and Hollowford, up the footpath to Hollins Cross and across the ridge to the Mam Tor trig point. Well worth it as the sunrise was stunning. Dodgy knees are suffering now though!
Just a quick tinkle before we leave:

Cooking dinner on the Cobb in the lovely sunshine. Not a fan of club sites really, but this one is fabulous.
