Spent the night in Grand Sassiere. Tried to get to the too (3740m) but didnt dare so I carried my mtb back down again:

My 9yo son and I rode some downhill mtb in Val'D Isere free lifts for everyone. Spent the night in the excellent camping in Val'D Isere:

It seems the French riviera is full of excellent camping sites, less than half swedish prices too. Found this one in Agay:
