I spent the morning there today looking at possible purchases.
It was probably the best 'customer experience' I have ever had when shopping for motors.
Ian in Sales was top notch, as was the sales manager Juliet.
Having been patronised and ignored recently in other VW centres, I was more than happy to drive 60 odd miles along the A14 to be treated like a grown up.

I went down to test drive a Caravelle and see what the heated seats and climatronic were like, as it was easier to do it that way.
I was pleased with the staff.

The climtronic is lovely - would have had it in the Beach if I could - and the heated seats - I tried a Velle with those in them.

What decisions have you made?
