Vinyl covering in kitchen

Just got an Ocean and wondered if others have vinyl over the glass across the kitchen - fridge, hob and sink?

I stupidly closed the glass with the hob on low which heated it and scorched the vinyl. I removed the vinyl and the glass is fine, but now I have bare shiny glass next to matt vinyl as you can see in the image.

It is a 2021 T6.1 Ocean.

Questions
1. Is the vinyl standard, or is it something the previous owner applied?
2. Any known sources to match so I can recover the job glass as I like the more opaque non-reflective look.
