Anyone out there had any dealings with Wandahome (South Cave)?
We've recently put in order for a Sven Hedin with them and so far, the experience has been less than stellar. I guess we might have been spoiled by buying at Breeze Poole previously, but for a company that boasts of the "UK's Most relaxed buying experience" ours has been anything but. Practically ignored by the salesmen on site, we had to catch the attention of the sales director to actually get anything like engagement. Our assigned 'salesman' is direct to the point of being outright rude, when he can actually be bothered to contact us now that we've paid a (non refundable) deposit...
Upon reflection I can't help feeling like they think they did us a favour by allowing us to buy a van from them. Perhaps we'll be heading down to Campersales for any warranty work!
