Hi, I have changed the waste water sensor for a new one from vw as the bottom left display in the control panel was flashing. I have tried the following with no success to fix the flashing icon:
1. Gone into diagnostics, got error code 4001, couldn't get the code to reset (holding down the bottom right button for >5 seconds , also tried holding down the dial for >5 seconds)
2. Took the 5amp fuses out and reinstated
3. Turned the control panel off, waited > 30 seconds, turned it on again
3. Filled the waste water tank full to confirm that it would overflow out of the pipe underneath the vehicle
4. Opened the waste water tap and emptied the waste water tank
5. Started the vehicle, let it run, not sure why I did that, but was running out of ideas!
Anything else I can try?
