When our ocean is facing downhill, we get water that appears to drip from somewhere on to the edge of the headlining material and then spreads across to the grab bar above the door whenever it rains. The heavier the rain, the water it gets (photo below is a mild example).

I’ve looked inside the headlining, and opened the roof and no sign of any holes or obvious entry points. Felt drain pipe and bone dry. Thought it might be coming in via top corner of windscreen so sealed that up but made no difference.

Any ideas or thoughts? TIA

Is the front drain actually draining. Have you tried filling the gutter and observed the water drain into the windscreen scuttle that side and draing via wheelarch to ground?

Hi, thanks for reply, I have run water over all the external surfaces with the roof up, and observed water draining on to floor, so assuming it’s draining as supposed to.

Do wonder if there’s something going on under the channel along the roofline I can’t see. When I get a moment I’ll take some more pictures of the roof section.

There has been mention of poor sealant around the front roof drain opening.
