Water pump not working

Hi all,

Just bought our first secondhand T5 Clifornia.
The water pump does not work. I've checked the fuse, and that's ok.
Tried to take out the pump but that didn't work. Don't want to use too much force.
The water tank is in the back and has the gas tank integrated.
How do I solve this problem, and what else could it be?

Did you try some searching and reading here on the forum....?
Many problems involving the waterpump can be sorted out by youself

We’ve just had our water pump replaced under warranty,it lasted 3 days then packed up,It stopped working so we thought we had run out of water so we refilled which didn’t take that much,it filled a kettle then next time we tried it nothing,
