We Connect - unable to login

Has anyone been having problems logging in to the account on VW We Connect service. Just tried this evening and keep getting the same following error message (in a blue pop-up)

"Log in: Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later."

Despite several attempts, then uninstalling and then re-installing the App, nothing changed.

Has VW taken service off line for any reason (upgrade, maintenance, etc.)?

Or is this a local connectivity issue and I have to reset something on the van's operating system. If so anyone had same issue and have advice re a process to follow to cure the issue?
 
Had same error last night, but working again this morning, perhaps VW were doing a system update their end.
 
Hi, yep, I can sign in this morning too. Must have been off-line for VW reasons. Thanks for responses
