Webasto thermos top evo starting conditions

A lot of people have a view about the webasto coolant heater on the California start up conditions. I have finally asked VW and the following are the start up conditions for the heater:-
Engine type OK (diesel / petrol
Terminal 15 (ignition) on
Engine speed>600rpm
Coolant temperature <69 degrees C
Ambient temperature <5 degrees C
Reserve fuel level not reached
Line filling carried out
On-board network manager not active
No crash switch -off
No event memory entries blocking start procedure.

Really useful info!

I was informed on the T5 that less than a 1/4 tank of fuel would cause the thermotop not to start up and less than 6c was the trigger point too. They may have changed it for the T6 or my info may have been incorrect.
