What’s it called? Rear mini mudflap (?) cracked - replacement needed

Any idea what this mini ‘mud flap’ is called just in front of each rear tyre. Just washed ‘Vinnie’ and noticed the drivers side one is cracked. Doesn’t look a simple replacement (2nd photo) as panel seems to run alongside the drivers side to the front. Have no idea how it’s broken! Thanks in advance of your help. Such a great forum and even better members
