Double Glazed Window Fogging T5.1

I have a 2011 T5.1 and the drivers side rear window is fogging and also I’ve now noticed the tailgate window starting to.
What’s the solution to this? Is it a complete replacement and is the only option going to a main dealer to supply and fit.

I'm afraid you are correct.
There is a method for domestic double glazed windows. that involves drilling a small hole top and bottom of the unit, washing out the space and then using special plugs in the holes to allow ventilation, BUT I'm not sure it might work with automotive glass. Or this?
