What is happening to my rear door handle

warranty up soon...looking around I noticed these marks on the rear door handle.....are they corrosion underneath, wear and tear, a fault?? Any ideas

If i remember correct this was mentiont on the forum quite some time ago , the paint blistering from the handle.

I did search hotel, and didn’t find

So I guess that is a warranty job..I will get onto my dealer
