What Mattress Do I need downstairs

Hi all,
we are close to getting our 07, 2.4 SE, and very excited about it.
Had a good look around the Forums for some advice, but in my case, can't find an answer.
OK, so the van we are buying only comes with the head end leveller, so just the seats are the bed.

What is best for us to put on top of this, so we can get a decent mattress please ?
Topper / memory foam roll ?

Appreciate any guidance.

For downstairs I prefer the 3 way concertina style mattresses which are quick to stow and deploy. The roll up and inflatable options are more of a faff and can take up more space.

We have used a concertina like matrass which is less faff but taakes up more space in the back so we bought an S2S inflatable mattrass that takes up less space but is a bit more work
