What to Use Cleaning plastic Panelling T4 California Westfalia Event

What do you use to Clean the plastic Panelling on T4 California Westfalia Event
Having problems with cleaning the interior plastic panelling.
As its aged the plastic has a rubbery sticky film on it ! No matter how much I’ve scrubbed with a green scourer and Isotope Alcohol it is still Tacky

Any Suggestions ?
