Which dealer for servicing?

Our 2010 Cali will soon be due a first service and it also has a slight knock/vibration through the steering when braking /turning at parking speeds that I want to get looked at and may possibly need new front tyres. I'm a little over protective of the Cali and want to make sure it is looked after properly and doesn't come back with scratches or dents. The 3 nearest VW Commercial dealers to me are Liverpool, Preston and Manchester. Does anyone have any experience of their aftersales departments? Any recommendations/warnings would be appreciated. Hope this is the right place to post this??

Have only had warranty work done, but Preston have been excellent. Good place to buy from too - very knowledgeable salesman (Guy) and good discount (Guy again!)
