Hex - I think. At least I’ve found an Allen key that fits snugly.

How it would get there i guess luck if dropped down - but it looks like the screws used to lock in the awning to the awning mounts. Have a check there - but i am sure its from inside.

It is probably from the sliders (top) of the kitchen sliding doors. It's best to find a 5-year-old to put it back.

I think it is the bolt from the underside of the sliding table. I just tightened mine.
Bolt is underneath the grey circle in photo.

Pull handle inside of sliding door it's thd screw that keeps the trim in place and can only be seen when the handle is pulled forward

Edit having said that I think that one is a torx hd , not hex as in your photo
