Wildebeest in the overhead locker

When the radio is on and I power up the heating/air con it sounds like a heard of wildebeest in the overhead cupboard above the rear seat. I have opened and emptied (my games/puzzles) and it has not stopped the noise. It only occurs with the sound on radio and the heating/air on blasting. it could have been an issue for an unspecified amount of time but I have just noticed it. From this I have 2 questions has anyone had this or have any idea what it is and anyone any idea if a fix would be covered by the all in policy that I have on my 2017 ocean?

As I found out when fitting my rear dashcam the heating in the rear is a thin foam tube that goes all the way from the front, down the kitchen side, behind the overhead locker and finished on the sliding door side. Sounds like something is happening in that tube behind your locker. It could be vibrating because there is a foam placeholder fell off, or there may even be something in it.
