Wind generator

I'm on holiday in France at the moment and noticed a big white parked with a small wind generator attached to its bike rack, whirring away. Never seen one before or heard it mentioned on this forum but an interesting addition to complement solar panels. Just wondering if anyone has one or has thought about one?

From my experience I think they are a little noisy to have too close to your vehicle tbh.

Thats why a "big white" had it like the OP says ,
they don't care ...like playing TV for the whole campsite...

It would need to be mounted high enough that it didn't chop off fingers. ..... Wonder if there's are CMC rule!
