I added some antifreeze solution to the washer reservoir, closed the hood down (but not completely/click) ) and proceeded to activate washer/wipers to distribute the solution. No, wipers did not came on, no spray neither, WTF I thought, maybe is already frozen and broken.... but not....after closing the hood all the way, washer and wipers started to work. So, this is just an FYI if someone else encounters this situation. Do not panic like me.... your Cali is in control.
