Is the arm rest drooping downwards, and not rising? I’m not saying this is your issue - but sharing our experience: I thought ours was bust on the passenger seat too, after a trip when we’d reclined the seat right back to snooze, adjusting the arm rests down also. After putting the seat in the upright position, it seemed the arm rest wheel wasn’t doing anything when I tried to adjust the arms. My wife then tried and asked what the problem was - it worked for her! Seems there’s a no action zone on the adjuster thread at the end of the downwards travel, and I wasn’t patient enough!
