T6.1 driver/passenger door handle removal

Has anyone managed to remove a driver’s door (or passenger door) handle and lock? My external handle is sticking and the lock assembly is loose.
I can only find guides that show how to access the mechanism on T5 & 6s which look pretty straightforward with a torx bolt that loosens the assembly allowing handle removal without needing to mess around with removing door cards. The T6.1 doesn’t look the same, with a torx bolt in a different position so I’m loathed to start undoing anything…..just in case!
Any pointers would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks , I’ve had a quick look and this manual seems only to cover California specific bodywork but I will have a closer look, thanks again.

I've just added the Workshop Manual for Transporter 2020 onwards, General body Repairs - external to the resources section. It shows door handle removal. It's 'waiting to be cleared' so should be available soon.
