Hi.

Have been looking into purchasing a Cali Topper for our still un-named Ocean.
The YouTube videos seem quite straight forward in putting them ON.
It's taking OFF bit I'm a little concerned about - are they prone to catch in the mechanism on lowering roof.

The Video does make it look easier than it is, especially if you are solo and or not that tall! Removal is easier, I drop the roof about a foot then unhook the cover from the rear end of the roof, then drag the topper forward down over the windscreen. In this way there's less chance of catching it in the mechanism. My ideal would be a topper made of tent material.

We have a topper and just unhook all the bungee straps, release the rear of the topper from the roof and then pull the topper forward off the roof. No need to lower the roof first and no risk of catching the topper in the scissors! Works for us.
