12v Fuse location for the pull out drinks holder socket

Hi all,
I've searched the forum and tried the suggested location but to no avail. The 12v socket in the pull out drinks holder in my California isn't working. I believe it's a 15 numbered fuse but they seem to be ok. A few people say it's in the top row of fuses ( under cup holder ) and its number 12 , 3rd from right. But this is a 5amp fuse in there that seems to be ok.

What am I missing ?

Can not see what van you have on my phone ours was under the passenger seat t5 not blown on our t6 yet

OK our was under passenger seat SE. Think if I correctly recall blue 5 amp fuse.

I think you meant blue 15A
