Not seen an updated thread on tyre pressures
I see 45 psi all round for the 18” tyres
255/45/18
This is with a fully loaded Cali Ocean.
As I’m driving, the pressure increases to 51 psi.
This sound about right ?
They are Michelin Winter Contact TS870’s

I’m not sure exactly what you are asking.

The increase in tyre pressure when driving will depend on numerous factors, speed, load, braking, acceleration, ambient temperature, weather eg: rain or wind, etc. it will be what it will be.

As long as the pressure returns to 45 psi when the tyre is cold following a run then all is good.

If you are asking if the tyre pressure recommended by VW, as on the door sticker, is correct for the load carried, then that is a different question.

Yes, the pressure will increase as the tyres heat up from friction. They should then drop back down to 45psi when competely cold (ie - check them the following morning after a long drive).

Check the tyre wear every month or so with a tread depth gauge, if they are corretly inflated (to the load that you normally carry), then the depth reading should be equal across the tyre.

Greater wear in centre - Overinflated (decrease pressure by a few PSI)
Greater wear on sides - Underinflated (increase pressure by a few PSI)

Uneven wear - Get it checked/adjusted by the garage, as your tyre is not sitting on the road correctly.

I’ve set my tyre pressures to 45psi all round.
I’m running Michelin winter contacts.
After driving at around 65mph (Waze mph, not dashboard, (dashboard shows 68mph))
For 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The tyre pressure shows 51psi on my Chinese tyre pressure monitor system.
Would you say this is correct?
Outside temp is 10 degrees.

I guess my question is in regard to my Chinese tyre pressure monitor.

This is what shows after 24 hours of sitting in the cold at 7 to 10degrees.
All pressures at 45 psi.

The temps should be the same all round if the van has been sat overnight (unless it’s in a garage / carport that has a temp difference front to back). Given that temps might be incorrect, would double check that the pressures shown on the device are accurate.

Might swap them all round.
Left to right and see what the China POS display says !

All you can say is the pressures have increased in line with expectations.
Have they increased too much or too little is impossible to say as there are too many variables involved.
