1st Cali service

Hi all

We’re just at 10,000 miles having bought at the end of last year with 6,000 miles recorded. VW have contacted us to say a full service is now due and our nearest van centre is Manchester.

Has anyone got experience of this outfit that they’d like to share please? +ve and -ve welcome as I’ve a slight noise that’s developed on closing the pop top and need to leave it with them for the day if I want it investigated and any problems sorted under warranty.
