2 Lights on the Auto button for the Climate

I've been through the manual and can't find anything!!

Can anyone tell me what the 2 lights indicate on the Auto button of the climate control. When pressed it seems to toggle from one to another and the only difference seems to be the fan goes up by one blob when its on the light on the right? Must be more to it than that?
