2011 cali not charging when on hook up

We are hooked up on a campsite but the electricity does not seem to be getting through. The little screen above the dashboard is not showing the plug that shows we are hooked up. A kind neighbour has tried our cable on his van and it worked so our cable is not faulty. He also tried his cable on our hook up and that worked so it is not the campsites electricity system that is at fault. The problem appears to be within our van. The three pin plug beside the sink is not working. Where do we go from here?

Do you have a consumer unit in the back locker.
Make sure the red main switch on the unit is fully on or switch it off then back on.
