2011 model, T5 - can I install bluetooth (eventhough no option on steeting wheel)

Good morning

I have a device that fits into the cigarette lighter. The van is 2011 and therefore the steering wheel has now buttons. I live in Windsor, Berkshire and would appreciate someone quoting me on installing bluetooth. I would like to be hands free if I can and play the radio without signal interference. Spotify and phone connection is good. The radio has the old CD feature, which perhaps needs changing as well? I am working out a budget and if I can go ahead, given I have just bought this last month with trips planned regularly. Regards Michelle
